Symantec is performing planned maintenance of Symantec Messaging Gateway beginning May 4, 2021, starting at 05:00 UTC, for a duration of 8 hours.
Impact During the maintenance window, customers may experience the following:
• For 3 hours duration of the maintenance window, CSR submissions sent by the customers will be queued. No new CSR rulesets will be created during this time period. • Customers may receive 5xx errors for reports during the maintenance window. • Customers may see errors in logs while DNS is updating. This may include 5xx and 4xx errors and can be ignored, unless they are persistent.
All other aspects of the product will work as expected during the maintenance window. Updated rulesets will be provided up until the start of the maintenance window.
