Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing maintenance of the customer portal ClientNet beginning February 29, 2020, starting at 03:00 UTC, for a duration of 15 hours. Please note that while this date is currently confirmed, the change is still subject to alteration.

Impact
During the maintenance period, ClientNet and Customer and Partner API will not be available. All other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.

Symantec to Broadcom Support Systems Transition
On March 2, 2020, all Symantec Enterprise Support portals (Symantec Support, MySymantec, Symantec Connect) and related services, tools and assets will migrate to Broadcom. For additional details regarding the transition of the various systems, please see the below link:

Viewing Email Threat Analytics
Building on top of the recently released Email Threat Analytics data, which was made available as part of the Email Data Feeds service, from late February we will introduce a robust ClientNet portal interface to view Email Threat Campaigns targeting our customers. The new interface will present intelligence relating to characteristics of an attack campaign and its associated metadata. See the following link for additional details:
