Between October 4, 2021 00:00 UTC and October 5, 2021 23:00 UTC, a subset of quarantine summary emails were incorrectly flagged as Newsletter/Marketing content and quarantined. As of October 5, 2021 at 23:00 UTC, previously quarantined emails have successfully been delivered.
Note that there was no impact to protection services, and all other aspects of our services remained functional. The NAM Quarantine service is fully restored and there is no longer an impact to customers. This incident is resolved.
