Our encryption partner Echoworx will be performing a scheduled maintenance, beginning April 28, 2022, starting at 21:00 UTC, for a duration of 1 hour.
Impact
There will be no impact for Email Security.cloud customers using Echoworx Encryption. All aspects of our service will continue to function as normal.
Key items:
• Enable Passwordless Authentication (ie biometric)
• 2-Step Authentication (ie via Google/Microsoft Authenticator to generate a TOTP)
These two new options will be enabled for all PBE Advanced Portal users. Please note that individual customers may opt out of one or both of these features at any time.
